Group

 For the media studies Final task project, I am working with Ethan. I chose this partner because we have been in the same group all throughout the media studies course. Therefore, I think we would make a very good team. Going into the final task project, I knew that it was a lot of work. I mostly picked Ethan due too our previous team work on other projects. I noticed we have a lot in common. We both share general interest in music. Which is why he was my first pick, at first, I assumed I would work alone just because I like to organize projects by myself. I am controlling and specific when it comes to my work, I like professional and quality work. The reason I am so specific is because your work shows your character and represents yourself. so, when I was talking to Ethan and noticed that he likes his work a similar way, I realized we would make an all-star team. He also enjoys computer science which is another bonus. I think working in a group helps build teamwork skills. This also makes big projects much easier to handle. During this "final stretch" project, there is a lot of work to be done. The only way we will be able to correctly pull off a film is through simple team work and communication. This will make our relationship much stronger. At the same time this will create a perfect environment to create quality work. We will consider another group member to make the creation of projects much easier and split the workload. This will not only make our lives easier but we will come out with a better film in the end.

Film review

For my film review, I feel like I have made good progress on the film. My group members and I tried very hard to create something that met all the necessary requirements. Looking back at my film production we had several redo's in order to try to make the film very visually appealing. We tried to focus our attention on our storyline and planning for the film. That was one of the biggest parts of creating the film. The essential steps and props and planning were absurd. I could only begin to imagine what creating a 2 hour or so film. I feel as though we did not film up to the full expectation. when filming we decided not to film some of the scenes because we ran out of time and wanted to start editing. Editing 1 Media Studies

                                    Editing 1  The first day of editing the commercial, I was at my house. I decided to edit the light and color features of the first clip of the North-face bag. In this clip I focused on keeping it concise and straight to the point of the bag, so you can see exactly what we are advertising. I had to leave some of the clip out due to this reason. When I was editing the light of this clip, I decided to keep the whites very bright and shadows dark and consistent. This gives the bag a glossier and fancier look. I then changed the Hue of the clip to be more of a dark blue color. To give the artic feel for what the bag was trying to achieve.
